My friend is having a sleepover with guys....?

hey, my really good friend jess is having a campout 2 night sleepover for her bday party...the only thing is GUYS are sleeping over too. i'm almost 15, but i'm not 100% comfortable with this. should i go? and if i don't, what do i say to her??? thanks in advance!! <3
