How do you start your own political party?

I am seriously thinking of running for president of South Africa. If those illiterate baboons can get into power, why can't I? Their cabinet is literally a bunch of murderers and thieves who are seriously screwing things up - crime is unbelievably horrific, a lady I know got axed in the shoulder/chest when people came to rob her house. Fortunately she didn't get d. Hospitals are closing down because they can't afford any staff while medicines and even bedsheets are being stolen. People live in poverty and fear while public funds are disappearing into the pockets of Government officials. The country has no chance of recovery as prisons are so full that a murderer or rapist gets 2 months in jail before being released and thanks to affirmative action - giving people jobs based solely on the colour of their skin - there is no productivity. Criminals are literally been given the job over a qualified person simply because they are black. This is BS. I want to run for president even if it means getting Chinese businesses to support me in return for cheap raw materials
