How do I look like Evie Zamora from Thirteen?

I'm a thirteen year old, and I think that the girl from thirteen, evie zamora, is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I looked like her- although I look a lot like tracy. I'm not a huge fan of makeup, and I can't stand looking like a slut. I like evie's style, but I'm not into drugs and such. So, how would I look like evie?
