Why are Malaysians so rude to Bangladeshi and Indonesian People?

Malaysians are suppose to be civilized and tolerant. But we seem to be very rude to Bangladeshi's and Indonesian's working in Malaysia. Why can't we treat them with dignity? If we Malays, chinese and Indians can tolerate with each other, why must we be rude to Bangladeshis and Indonesians?
