Are people with depression considered a minority group? Or people with mental illness in general?

I have to conduct a career interview with someone of a minority group about some of the struggles and triumphs of their career. I want to do something different than what other people have written regarding race, ual orientation, age, gender etc. Would those with depression be considered a minority group? I'm sure there are struggles that they face career-wise as well. What do you think?
