Why do liberals value need and pity more than ability and justice?

Wow, is that you Rush? Why do you folks value " your money " over everything else. By the way, when you are needy, I am guessing " need " is the highest virtue. Ever went to bed hungry? Had your electricity turned off? Probably not since your parents were probably hard working people. Guess what? A lot of kids do without because their parents are useless. So do we just ignore their needs? If so, we should just demand abortions for anyone on welfare that gets pregnant. Fair enough? Not to me. I am pro life but I do realize there are kids that need help and adults too, through no fault of their own. The kids are the real victims, whether you " deem " them to be or not.
