How to cook frozen skinless/boneless chicken without thawing?

par boil the chicken in water flavored with your favorite seasonings. then coat the partially cooked chicken, [they should be white in color, not pink], in olive oil and coat in seasonings. bake in a pre heated oven of 350 degrees f. for 20 minutes, uncovered and then turn them and cook another 15 minutes on the other side. you can serve with rice and salad for a nice meal.
