How can I tell if my Strawberry Tetra is Pregnant?

My strawberry tetra has a bulged neck-stomach area that I'm wondering if it means she's pregnant? Im not sure if it is a boy or a girl but the blueberry tetra doesn't have a bulged neck like the strawberry tetra does. Any help?
