How can i fix damaged JPEG file?

when i saved the file in my flask disk, the file seems to be damaged. i cant view the picture. But the original file i ok. but i cant transfer it.. you know a software i can download, i just need to fix 1 picture.. and I need it asap.. tahnks a lot
