Has my diet been okay for today so far? What about my exercise? [easy 10 points, please help me. ]?

I think you need to relax your attitude about your diet a bit! Your height/weight ratio is perfect and if the exercises you are listing above are part of your normal routine then you're doing great. Don't worry so much about every bite of food you eat. Being healthy involves more than just being thin. You don't want to create stress by worrying too much that you are eating the wrong things. Focus on eating fresh fruits and vegetables and mostly lean protien (chicken, fish, beans, etc.) If you make those the mainstay of your diet and continue with your exercise plan then pasta for dinner is not a problem. Just go easy on the cheese.
