"What can be erted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence"?

Saw this quote on YA. Does this mean atheist live for the moment only, as they do not have proof they will be alive tomorrow. Does this also mean they never make plans for the future i.e. like holidays etc. Are their lives purely driven by evidence based decisions. I do not think so as I have never seen anyone behave in this kind of way. Except for a few tramps and Junkies. If I ert I will be alive tomorrow can it really be dismissed ?
