Unfortunately it sounds like you are experiencing a miscarriage. I can't explain why you would have blood in your stool, but if a woman is pregnant and starts ping blood clots lly, that is usually the first sign that the pregnancy is ending. The shooting pains are cramping as your body pushes the tissue out. Experiencing a miscarriage is similar to labour - your uterus will cramp to clean itself out.
